"Confession" is a 1865 piece among the papers of Karl Marx. According to Marxists.org, "'Confessions' were semi-jocular questionaires that were very popular in Victorian England, and filling them out a common passtime in many families, including Marx's, where friends and relatives participated. A number of versions of Confessions belonging to Marx have been preserved." As such, it contains answers by Marx concerning his preferences, tastes, and values.
