Theories of Surplus Value (TSV) is an 1863 manuscript written by Karl Marx analyzing and criticizing the history of economic thought through the lens of Marx's theory of surplus value. The work was intended to be a fourth volume to Das Kapital, but Marx died before he could revise or publish it. As such, it only exists in an unfocused, sprawling state taking up several volumes.
