"Essay"?

I feel this is in an inappropriate namespace. This is an official publication of the Communist Party of India (Maoist), whereas essays apparently are reserved for works made by Leftypedia contributors. SociusVenger (talk) 20:31, 17 August 2023 (UTC)

It was not obvious to me that you were not the author, although I can see that now that I have looked at the text.
I understand that the new {{essay}} template is confusing, given that it is still a work in progress. To be clear, the purpose of the Essay namespace, and what will be allowed there, is yet to be worked out. This ambiguity is why I have yet to delete any hosted works aside from the ones that are easily accessible at Marxists.org, even when their purpose on this site is dubious. So far as I know, there never was a Library namespace, given that these types of works could be found on other sites. So pages such as this will exist in the Essay namespace, or a new space, if they exist at all; otherwise, they are best linked to at their own websites from hyperlinks in an Essay or mainspace article. Perhaps you could make a short Essay page with links to external pages that you feel best represent your position, or write a synthesis of different ideas from different sites. I will continue to update the template and namespace in general as things develop, but for now Essays are mostly intended for original works because the site is intended for original works. This includes the greentext that currently exists in Essay, being a product of /leftypol/; collecting OC from /leftypol/ is one of the original purposes of this site.
As for attribution, I have just thrown together a hack that should hopefully allow users to attribute a work to someone who is neither the page editor nor any other user on this site. If for some reason a Library namespace were to be created, this page would likely fit in that space. Until it is determined whether to move it to such a space or to delete it altogether, it will live here unless someone suggests a better place for it. I hope that helps.
