Homophobia is the discrimination of homosexuality and homosexuals.[1] It also often includes all of the LGBT.
In the United States, only 27% of the population supported legal recognition of gay and lesbian marriages in 1996, and in 2021 it has reached 70%.[2] 5.6% of Americans are LGBT.[3]
