The Gravel Institute is an American crowd-funded non-profit "creating short videos to combat right-wing disinformation and bring left ideas to new audiences."[1] It was founded in 2019 with left-over funds from the Mike Gravel 2020 presidential campaign.[2] The Gravel Institute is intended as a left-wing answer to the right-wing propaganda outlet PragerU.

Participants

The Gravel Institute works together with prominent left-wing voices to present their videos. These have included and will include H. Jon Benjamin [1], Briahna Joy Gray [2], Zephyr Teachout [3], Matt Karp [4], Bernie Sanders[3], Chelsea Manning[3], Cornel West[3], Slavoj Žižek[3], Richard D. Wolff[3], Stephanie Kelton[3], Nick Estes[3], and Gravel himself[3].
