The Communist Party of Peru (Spanish: Partido Comunista del Perú) or Peruvian Communist Party (Spanish: Partido Comunista Peruano) may refer to:
- Communist Party of Peru, unofficially known as the Shining Path, a Marxist–Leninist–Maoist party and guerilla organization adhering to Gonzalo Thought which waged a guerilla struggle from 1980 to the early 2000s.
- Peruvian Communist Party, unofficially known as the PCP (unity), the original Communist Party in Peru founded in 1928 by José Carlos Mariátegui, under the name Peruvian Socialist Party.
- Peruvian Communist Party (Marxist–Leninist), an anti-revisionist Marxist–Leninist party which follows the ideological line formulated by Enver Hoxha, split from the PCP (unity).
- Communist Party of Peru – Red Fatherland, a Marxist–Leninist party split from the Peruvian Communist Party (Marxist–Leninist).
