Accelerationism

Accelerationism is the belief that the development of capitalism should be intentionally accelerated so that basically, it will be over sooner. It speeds up capitalism's natural self-destructive characteristics, such as the tendency of the rate of profit to fall, and furthermore the spread of capitalism turns more peasants into proletarians, which generates more of a base to eventually become discontent with this sort of private property relations. Marx's writing on free trade applies to this notion:

Is that to say we are against Free Trade? No, we are for Free Trade, because by Free Trade all economical laws, with their most astounding contradictions, will act upon a larger scale, upon the territory of the whole earth; and because from the uniting of all these contradictions in a single group, where they will stand face to face, will result the struggle which will itself eventuate in the emancipation of the proletariat.

— Chartist newspaper (1847), in Marx Engels Collected Works Vol 6, pg 290.

It should be noted that accelerationism should be used in tandem with methods spreading class consciousness, as the sheer destruction of capitalism will possibly lead to fascism or some other undesirable outcome, especially considering the amount of resistance the ruling class will give towards socialism, aiming instead for pretty much anything else.
