/miku/ or the board of miku is a collection of fans and worshipers of Miku Hatsune who's diaspora came from the fallout of leftypol from 8chan following the shutdown of the website due to the El Paso Shooting. Following many attempts to create such as userspace of leftist Miku fans and otakus from the backup sites of /leftypol/ it made its way to leftypol.org, owned by Cosmopolitan mongrel.
As of the time of this writing the board /miku/[dead link] is down and it is unknown when the website will be back up. Currently the BO of the board, also known as filterme, and known to use the gentoo flag on old leftypol and bunckerchan, is looking for a way to bring it up.
As of March 30th 2020 leftypol.org redirects to getchan.
History
Requests were made for individual user creation of boards from the website bunkerchan to create the board on the day of the Exodus. The requests were denied. Eventually a new website was set up, leftypol.org. This website has elements that was common on the website 8chan with the ability for user created boards. incels and other dissidents from bunkerchan found refuge in this imageboard. Eventually it rose to 138 users as of March 27, 2020 and was arguably the most active board on leftypol.org with leftcel.
