Documentation
The template will detect Template:, Help:, and Leftypedia: namespaces, and print the proper description, defaulting to "This page..." for all other namespaces. No parameters are needed. The one optional parameter is to replace the "article/page" text. For example:

yields:
| This your text here has been imported from an archived version of Leftypedia. Do NOT make any changes without consensus on the Matrix server or the talk page. |
