Ronald Reagan was a neoliberal and neoconservative US politician and the President of the United States from 1981 to 1989. He was known for his hardliner administration which was willing to actively support terrorists like the Contras and the Mujahideen against the global communist movement and, domestically, abolish the social democratic New Deal state of affairs in favor of a reactionary and anti-labour domestic policy.
