Conservapedia ("the trustworthy encyclopedia") is an American extreme-right website and wiki created in 2006 that is notorious for its Christian fundamentalist and other reactionary views. It was mainly founded by Andrew Schlafly after content disputes with the already right-leaning Wikipedia, which they claimed was "anti-Christian" and "anti-American."[1] The actual content of Conservapedia is usually nothing more than bigotry against LGBTQ+ people,[2] non-Christians,[3][4] atheists,[5] women,[6] and other marginalized groups. Because of this, Conservapedia is arguably nothing more than a glorified hate blog for its founders in a MediaWiki coating.
